We came from DC, for my son's wedding and we needed a place to the groom and 2 groomsmen. The host let us check in 2 hours early! She was in touch with us early and made sure we had all we need?! Which was awesome after a 6 hour ride. The house was clean and shiny, with plenty of parking and a mowed yard. There was ample space for the 8 of them. The kitchen was fully ready for them to cook a meal-fully stocked!! Bathrooms were epic, even had great tub. I loved the design so bright and clean. The backyard and outdoor space was beautiful and useful. The beds were comfortable and had decent bedding. This location was perfect for what we needed and I would stay here again! Thank you Kimber it was EPIC!!!

Our family stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday and it was wonderful! The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

The house was decorated like it was ocean front! Beautiful throughout. Outside entertaining and lounge areas were wonderful and the semi-private marsh view was very relaxing. The house had everything we needed and the bedroom arrangement was perfect for us (master on one side and 3 other bedrooms on the other. Would definitely recommend! 10 minutes from beach.

Nice place, lots of room inside & out. One more bathroom would be nice but no complaints. Very clean, communication w/ Kimber was top notch.

My family and I had a great time at this house. It's very clean, has lots of space, and plenty of things to do (even for small children). I definitely recommend staying here.
