Check-in is at 4PM. We were not able to arrive until later that night, close to 10PM. When we arrived at the property & went into the apartment, we immediately thought it was double booked because personal belongings were everywhere. Clothes on the couch, gaming controllers & lap top on the couch, used cups next to the couch, dirty dishes in the sink, empty pizza box on the kitchen table, garbage over flowing, beds not made w/ clothes on them, & clothes on the floor in the bathroom. Come to find out it was not double booked, apparently the tenants on the first floor use the apartment when it is not booked....BUT we booked this over 2 months ago. AND if they know the code, how safe are my belongings if we are not there. The host was not able to get a cleaning crew in there that night, so the only option was to find a hotel room at the last minute. The host was apologetic & did refund me a portion of the money, but that barely covered the hotel room we ended up finding available. They did have it available by 10AM the next morning for us to enter. The apartment was cleaned & the beds were made, but the bedding was not cleaned. I explained that we would be leaving around 2PM & wouldn't be back until later that night & I requested ALL bedding be washed before we come back. When we came back that night, a basket of pillowcases & blankets were waiting for us by the door, but the sheets were still not cleaned. I will not be staying here again or anywhere this host has listed.

Not impressed, top of stove was dirty, fridge door handle broke, coffee pod left in coffee pot, dishes were still in dish drainer, no wash clothes, no instructions on how to turn on the tv. And the whole place could use a dusting. Bed was a little tough to get in with all of them up against the walls. The outside could use a cleaning also.

On the positive, the location was good close to all the place we needed to be. The pictures online did show a nice place. However, what those pictures didn't show was the fact this was place was absolutely filthy!! All the dishes we pulled out of drawers or the cabinets we had to wash BEFORE we could use them. Our beds were NOT made, in fact there was old water bottles under one of the beds. We had no toilet paper, no dish soap, no kitchen towels, no wash rags, no kitchen trash bags. We don't even know if our bath towels were clean. And don't even get me started on how GROSS the stove was. But no worries, it has now been scrubbed cleaned (had to before we could use it!! No joke) The ppl upstairs were heavy footed and sounded like they were rolling marbles on the floor. We tried contacting the owners about all of this, but never got a response. Also, during our stay, our vehicle got egged!! But hey,If a big screen TV is your thing, you'll be good to go. The big TV in the living room works great!! But the rest of the TV'S were broke or we couldn't get them to come on. I have pictures for proof. And to be honest, I have never had to leave a bad review before. Makes me sad

Our family was visiting our son at UW for homecoming. Size and location of the apartment was nice. Able to walk downtown and to the homecoming parade. Overall the apartment was as described, we just had a couple issues/suggestions that would really improve the stay. There was only a partial role of toilet paper and message sent to the property manager went unanswered so we had to go buy our own. People upstairs could be loud. No bath mat or hand towel so had to use regular towels for these. Handle on fridge was broke and couch needs cleaning. Would suggest putting mirrors in the bedrooms to help people get ready in the morning since there's only on bathroom. Would have sent suggestions directly (since note asked for feedback), but since messages went unanswered wasn't sure if they get read. Overall would stay there again though.

Never saw it. It was canceled on me during my arrival flight. Now we are in a city with no place to stay. Double booked they said. I don't think this the way to conduct business.

The house is pretty bare bones, but served our needs well enough. We were getting in earlier than the posted check-in time so reached out several times for a few weeks before check-in to see if that was ok, and never received a response. Definitely gave us some pause about whether we'd be able to get in at all or if the owner even knew we were coming since there was zero response.

Host could not accept phone calls, so all comms were via text. Host stopped responding after being informed kitchen/bathroom were not properly cleaned (food in sink traps, hair/fingerprints in shower). Inquired about Washer/Dryer as there are none on property.as advertised. No paper products (Toilet Paper, Kitchen towels). 2 of 4 TV's were broken or did not have any type of service. All items reported/inquired about with NO RESPONSE. Couch was so dirty, covered with sheets/blankets from beds. Good location for what we needed, but unit was not VRBO material.
