Boat and paddle board (in season) hire is available locally – pre booking is advised. You are welcome to bring your own boat, kayak, paddleboard etc. River View has use of the slipway at our marina just minutes away. Located in the village of Brundall which has a train station, a small selection of shops, take-aways and a couple of pubs. Coldham Hall is just across the river or walk up to The White Heron pub close by. East Hills Café and Bakery is just down the road too, boasting Brundall Bay Marina views from the terrace. With the train station less than half a mile away, you can visit Norwich for shopping, sightseeing and history or Great Yarmouth for an ice-cream on the beach and family fun at the Pleasure beach. Exploring the countryside and coastline is easy by car with quaint towns, villages and beautiful beaches close by including seal colony's at Horsey and Winterton-on-Sea. The lounge features an electric fire, Smart TV and sliding doors which step out onto the decked terrace with dining furniture and steps down to the garden and waters edge.
