Also, a very short distance to Main Street, Davidson College and the Town of Davidson's Waterfront Parham Park! Such a wonderful location! High ceilings and gleaming hardwood floors greet you as you enter the home. Beautiful Kitchen with stainless appliances and granite tops with kitchen island! Tons of cabinet space! Primary bedroom on upper level with private porch to enjoy your morning cup of coffee with views of the tree lined street below! Secondary bedrooms are generously sized, each with their own baths. Private terrace in the rear with pergola, solo stove and blackstone grill. This one is quite special!

House is spectacular. Very updated and comfortable. Location is within walking distance to Lake Norman, downtown Davidson and the university. We had 3 couples staying there and each having their own bathroom was a bonus. Everyone was impressed with the house. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was functionally and aesthetically vey pleasing. It is fully equipped and it felt like someone was living there because of all of the little things that were available when you wouldn't think you would need them like scissors, stapler and scotch tape. The Samsung Frame TV was very cool and it was fun to peruse the available images. While it wasn't quite walkable to Davidson town center for us old folks, the home was 2 minutes walk to a lakeside park. Great spot!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The location is perfect in the heart of Davidson and the home was very clean and comfortable for us throughout our stay. We highly recommend this home for our next Vrbo stay in Davidson. We will be back!

Our family was in Davidson for our daughter’s graduation from Davidson College. This home is probably the prettiest and most comfortable home we’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family to be together this special weekend! The decor is beautiful, bedrooms are comfy, kitchen and dining were well equipped and comfortable, and the patio was the icing on the cake. This home is so close to the college and town, and there are cute shops and restaurants just steps out the door. Communication with the host was easy and fast. So glad we choose to stay here and highly recommend for anyone’s visit to Davidson!
