Our charming, recently UPDATED, designer studio that sleeps 4, is located on the 2nd floor of Building G with convenient access to two community pools, bubbly hot tub, and complimentary tram service for easy beach access. Want to stay for awhile? Great! Washers and dryers are located within the building for your convenience. Come enjoy all the Village of South Walton resort has to offer! Our newly RENOVATED designer studio is outfitted with: • Plush queen bed and the easiest queen pull-out sofa bed you’ve ever seen. Pull leather handle, add sheets, sleep…you don’t even have to remove the cushions. I know, right!!! • Flat panel TV with remote and basic cable. It’s huge! Enjoy plenty of movies after beach day! • Wireless high speed internet, in case you need to keep up with the outside world. • Remote controlled ceiling fans. It’s hot in Florida…we try to help! • Renovated Kitchenette with designer counter tops, eye-catching backsplash and extra cabinet storage for your convenience. • Refrigerator with freezer. Let’s pretend left-overs will be eaten during vacation! • Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker. We get it…we love coffee too! • Toaster oven, mini electric skillet, and small crock pot. (It was adorable…of course we bought it!) • Microwave! Retro style…because vacation should look good! • Bathroom features wall-mounted shower head with additional handheld wand and well-lit, larger vanity. You look great without make-up, but just in case you need great lighting, it’s there! • Hair dryer…although “beach hair don’t care” is a real thing here. Parking Notes: Parking is located right beside building G only a few feet away from stairs and elevator access to the unit. No parking passes are required. We’re glad you’re coming! Guest access Guests will have full access 24 hours per day to the unit. Welcome! Beach Access: “The Beach Suits Me Suite" and The Village of South Walton are only 5-minutes (0.3 mile) from the Deeded Beach Access! Hop on the complimentary resort Tram to get there quickly! Pool Access: The Village of South Walton Community Pools (one seasonally-heated) are located near our building and are visible outside the windows of our condo. Nearby Restaurants: Nearby restaurants include Lola's Coastal Italian, LaCo’s Latin inspired cuisine, SmallCakes Cupcakery & Creamery, Beach and Brew on 30A, Pizza by the Sea, Pescado Seafood Grill and Rooftop Bar, The Sugar Shack, The Citizen and Fonville Press Market + Cafe (it’s a MUST to enjoy)! We love food too!!! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
