Bellissimo resort con 2 piscine meravigliose, dammuse da poco rinnovate con ottimo gusto, commodo il ristorante sul posto per la colazione o la cena. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Speriamo di tornarci!

Kirani è un resort da favola. Su un'isola unica e magica, Pantelleria, Kirani resort con i suoi dammusi è in armonia con l'ambiente. Qui si respira l'autenticità dell'isola e se ne assaporano i piatti gustosi. L'ambiente è magnifico, rilassante, dotato di comfort. Lo staff è gentilissimo e premuroso. La celiachia non è stata un impedimento, al ristorante del resort ho potuto mangiare tranquillamente. Ho notato con piacere l'attenzione per l'ambiente, ad esempio nel non utilizzo della plastica. Non resta che tornare per stare più a lungo.

The resort was offering a consistently fresh continental breakfast, with products promptly replenished when supplies run low (not too many options to choose from when it comes to so-called English breakfast, but always fresh things). A lot of sweets like various kinds of cakes, croissants, cookies etc. The staff was very friendly and provided attentive service, without being overly pushy. Not all of them speak English, but they try and some in fact does, which was a great thing (considering the normal service in Italy with zero English or other langs spoken). The whole place created a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by stunning views. Road and access to the resort are clearly signposted on the road, large two parking areas for resort guests. There are network coverage and internet issues all over the island. Fortunately, the property is well-equipped with its own internet and every room has access to high-speed 5ghz Wi-Fi, which is a great advantage.

Refreshment kit restocked with coffee only. Cosmetics and toilet paper supplemented at some intervals, irregularly. My lodge was located close to the resort's laundry room/facility, so when I had to work from the house, it was not convenient to work outside because of the noises coming from that place. Extremely glamorous flooring, but also deadly when stepping out of the shower or returning to the room in rainy weather. Some sort of non-slip mat under the shower door would be helpful. Dynamic pricing for me is strange and unacceptable. It is very difficult to explain them at work for corporate visitors. One day the price is EUR 79 per night to the next day it is EUR 107 for the same room. It is also hard to plan a possible prolongation of the stay. Restrictive check-out until 10.30 a.m. If your flight is at 6 p.m. (from the island, departures in high season are in the morning and late afternoon) from 10.30 a.m. to 6.25 p.m. you have to manage your time in the city. This is not convenient nor pleasant if you have registered baggage with you. There is a charge of EUR 30 for staying longer than 10.30. The last suggestion was for a replacement of the beautiful, nice-looking juice bottles with a resealable cap. Guests often tried to figure out how to open it and were touching the juice bottleneck with their fingers. This is very unhygienic and effectively discouraged some other guests, observing this procedure, from enjoying the juices.

Luogo incantevole e staff presente e davvero disponibile. Kirani è un'oasi di tranquillità immersa in un paesaggio mozzafiato. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Great stay at brand new dammusi, big comfy rooms, nice space with pools, great breakfast. Staff was great, just barely anyone spoke English. It's been all good, but there's still work to be done.

It's a new property with huge potential, but there's definitely need for a better management. 1. Prices are dynamic which means one night you pay €200 and next night it may be €350 for exactly same room. It's a business choice, but pretty controversial when you want to prolong the stay. Instead of booking and chilling for the stay I waited for last minute and price drop on booking, as hotel doesn't want to give same rate. Not cool, hence lower rating. 2. Apart from breakfasts which were really nice, food was below average. It's not great to eat bad pasta in Italy. 3. Pools are beautiful, but with such big space there could be one children focused and one "adult" pool, so there's chilled space for ones that look fir it.
