It is nice to be out of the noise of general Saigon as this complex quiet and also comes with plenty of choices for coffee shops, groceries, and restaurants that also open early as it is a residential district.

A bit of wear and tear on the unit itself but nothing major. The only thing is be careful coming back at night as there are many towers that all look the same and I accidentally went into the wrong building and into the elevators only to find out I was a building off one night.
