gorgeous home on edge of Epsom common, close to M25/A3 - within walking distance of Epsom railway station with fast links to London (Waterloo & Victoria). The house is available for short to medium lets Spacious modern house with lots of mod cons. Large flat screen smart TV with netflix, BBC iplayer, you tube and easy internet access. There is seating for 7 on comfy reclining leather sofas. Kitchen has integrated quiet dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and many appliances. Bedroom 1 is a king sized bed with tempur mattress, bedrooms 2 has twin 3ft beds & 3 has a double bed, bedroom 4 has a 3ft single bed. Bedroom 5 on the ground floor has a single bed with an additional trundle bed. All bedrooms have combinations of drawer and hanging space. Guest access Whole house and garden is available for guests use. The garden is a private large west facing space, which means the sun is on the patio from midday to evening. Other things to note No parties or large social gatherings Pets are only allowed if prebooked
