There is a door that separate both homes and that can be locked, if you have multiple family on your trip. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission. *There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more. *Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $130.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 60 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed.
