Start your days with a walk along the beach, then grab a coffee from Dawn Cafe and pick up supplies from the shopping centre (only 800m away) – the location is a perfect combination of comfort and convenience. Awash with light and space, the upper-level reveals the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Light the gas log fire, or turn on the split system heating-cooling, and relax on the couch while you take in the view of the dunes, ocean and sky or watch TV (Netflix connectivity). Sliding doors lead on to the deck where you can gaze across the natural features towards Point Lonsdale and the East Coast of Victoria. The stunning kitchen offers a distant glimpse of the Barwon Heads Bluff, and high-quality appliances including a Belling oven - a dream for any cooking enthusiast.
