Amelia by the Sea guests have access to an 800ft fishing pier. You will enjoy magnificent ocean views from your balcony of this top floor stunner. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The 2 guest rooms share a hall bathroom which has a bathtub/shower. The first guest room has a queen bed for a comfortable night's sleep, and the second one has 2 queen beds. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit to make it easy to do laundry. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals for the family. The property also has cable and wi-fi for your entertainment. Great location on Amelia island. Private beach and pier. Great communication with property manager. Would definitely stay again!

I was very pleased with my stay here. We would definitely stay in this condo again. The 7th floor views are stunning.

This condo was truly a great place to stay on Amelia Island. The beach was easily accessible and the pool was great. It is on the top floor (7th floor) of the complex, so the view was fantastic. Everything was clean. The accommodations were very nice. The only drawback was that the online listing stated that there was a walk-in shower. Both showers were tub-based. My handicapped mother was unable to use a shower for the duration of the vacation due to the misinformation.

The beach is an easy walk, the pool is great, the beds are comfy, and there are carts by the elevator to help you load/unload luggage. Great location! Can't beat the view (love the patio).
