Welcome to Powdersville, just 15 minutes to downtown Greenville. A family friendly home and neighborhood, renovated in 2020, the house is well stocked and provides all comfortable amenities and more. Comfort provided with Roku/Fire Stick TV's in all 4 bedrooms. Peacock Premium provided for guest streaming. Starter Pack provided in all 3 Bathrooms. (Hotel Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner) - 2 rolls of Toilet paper per bathroom. A Few Laundry & Dish Pods & some spare Trash Bags/Paper towels. Hungry - Use our Gas Lined Grill. No need for messing with Propane tanks! Enjoy the temperate weather of SC year round and grill outside. About the space: Our home is a 4 bedroom 3 bathrooms with a rollaway 5th bed (Self inflate Queen Air Mattress) - 1 King Bed - 1 Queen Bed - 2 Double Beds - 1 Queen Rollaway Air Mattress - 2 Family Rooms - Open Concept Kitchen and Dining Minutes from I-85 get anywhere in Greenville quickly! Nearby shopping or 30 minutes to the lakes. This home is centrally located between the Universities (Clemson, Furman, Anderson) - this is the perfect place for visiting families. Easily accessible to everything the Greenville area has to offer! Ask regarding the 12+ week Travel Nurse/ Extended Stay Special.

Overall our Stay was pretty good. The GPS took us straight to it, and it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. If you want to be secluded at all this is not the house for you, but it worked for us. There was plenty of space for all of us. Check in and out was a breeze. However, there were a few things that were lacking. There was one trash can sized trash bag to use for the entire stay. Yes we checked all the drawers, closets, cabinets etc, for more. Going along with this there was one paper towel roll that already was used some. No others. When I went to go to bed on the first night I found several stains on the bedding and pillow cases. Thus I changed the sheets (with the ones provided) before bed. However, was a little grossed out. There were a few other things as far as overall that weren’t a huge deal, and didn’t affect our stay, just didn’t make the home super appealing overall. However we did appreciate the home, and the space it provided while we stayed.

Sleeps 8. 4 beds. 2 couches should not be counted. It was very nice. Needs more cooking pots. Overall, an amazing location and experience! Beautiful home. No problems.

This is all that was wrong: Only 6 towels for 8 adult women and 1 washcloth. coffee maker, Broom, rug in master bathroom, shower curtain in hall bathroom and grill were all disgusting. Had to clean grill before we could use it. Tub downstairs wasn't cleaned had ring around it. Sheets were dirty downstairs. Ice maker didn't work. Could never figure out the family room tv unless you added your own account . Had no murphy bed. Was very very disappointed.

It was an absolute pleasure to arrive after midnight and have NO ISSUES! House was clean, beautifully decorated and smelled good. Beds were comfy, especially after being in a car with 3 kids. Hosts provided toiletry starter packs. There was available food to make breakfast so we were able to relax and not rush around. I would stay here again. We felt at home and lacked for nothing. Thank you for trusting us with your home as I trusted you for my family's wellbeing. ❤️

The area was beautiful. We was there for a funeral and the stay was great. We had a couple minor problems on the property but still didn't take away how beautiful it was.. The host was great also. Thank you South Carolina

Nice family home in quiet neighborhood. House was perfect for my large family and dogs. Would definitely stay again.
