Great area not too far off the strip, that’s also much more quiet than other places in Vegas. Has food places nearby and the main parts are easily walkable. The hotel is very comfortable and peaceful, I definitely recommend it if you want to come to Vegas and experience somewhere less hectic than further up the strip.

Finding a balance between affordability and quality on the Las Vegas strip can be tricky, but the Nirvana Hotel absolutely delivers! My recent stay was exceptional, offering tremendous value for the money.
Impeccably Maintained & Sparkling Clean: The entire hotel, from the lobby to the room, was meticulously maintained. Everything felt fresh and clean, exceeding expectations for a property in this price range.
Top-Notch Security: Security was a top priority at the Nirvana. I felt completely safe throughout my stay, with secure access points and a general sense of attentiveness from the staff.
Superlative Customer Service: The staff at the Nirvana were truly outstanding. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring I had a great stay. A special shout-out goes to the owner, who took a personal interest in my experience. Her proactive communication and commitment to exceeding expectations were a refreshing change and truly elevated my stay.
Overall, my experience at the Nirvana Hotel was fantastic. For budget-conscious travelers who value a clean, secure, and well-maintained environment with outstanding customer service, look no further!

This is an older hotel but freshly and tastefully renovated. It is 3 minutes walk to mandalay bay and that’s why I chose it. It’s not fancy but the owner is very accommodating and friendly with complimentary coffee in concierge every morning.

Stayed here for Super Bowl weekend. We knew we were going to spend very time in the actual room so just wanted an inexpensive, clean, safe place to sleep. This meet all of that. Staff was super friendly, room was very clean. Extremely close to Mandalay Bay and all the NFL activities as well as easy to get to the stadium through Mandalay. Didn't have the breakfast with this hotel but the other reviews seemed to think it was good. Cute little place would stay here again.

A budget-friendly, quiet spot at the top of the strip. If you're just looking for a spot to lay your head for a couple hours and have a coffee ready for you in the morning, this is the one. Staff was very friendly and helpful and check-in process was fast. Glad to not have to wait in another line after getting off the plane.

On a week-long trip around the desert Southwest, we slept our best at the Nirvana! Ironic, right? Well, the bed is super comfortable, and like many others have mentioned, the fact that the Nirvana is tucked away on the South end of the strip means that it's a relatively quiet place. Please note a couple things though: the airport is nearby, so airplane noise is a constant. And also there are no bedside lights in the rooms, so if you feel like reading a book, for instance, lighting is limited. But we'll definitely consider the Nirvana the next time we're in Vegas!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Had a small fridge and a room where coffee and snacks were available. It was apparent that they have worked to make the grounds and outside of this small motel nice. It's a simple motel, but well taken care of.
One thing I would have like was a desk area where I could have worked.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel just outside the strip.

Room was clean and the owners were very friendly. There could have been a few more hangers in the room and maybe an extra tube of body wash.

The staff is AMAZING here. Very responsive. I will never stay at a Casino hotel again. The Nirvana is so quiet at night, at the casino hotels it's nonstop with people coming and going and doors slamming at all hours of the night. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet at Nirvana. It's also located on the strip but away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. It's like to get the best of both worlds, the Las Vegas strip experience and the peace and quiet time when you're ready to relax. Highly recommend.

Good budget hotel right across from Mandalay Bay. No resort fees. Easy access to the strip.

I have to admit that I was a little nervous after I saw the location but this is a fantastic hotel. It is right on the strip but it is tucked back and you don't really notice the noise. It was so nice to park right by the room and not have to walk through a casino. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. They have done a great job fixing this up. This is where I will stay anytime I am in Vegas.

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was very friendly. I believe I got to meet with owner on the hotel and he was very friendly upon check-in.

What a true hidden Vegas gem! I never write reviews but I was compelled by my experience at the Nirvana. It doesn’t look like much, but boy was I surprised! It was very clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable and I had a great nights sleep (which I almost never get at a hotel). Security met us as we arrived and was friendly and accommodating. Also, it’s on the strip, but doesn’t feel like it’s on the strip, which I loved. I will definitely keep this place in mind for my next Vegas trip.

This spot was perfect for my overnight stop in Vegas. Right near the activities on the strip, but better than staying in a casino. I look forward to my next stay here!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Nirvana Hotel. It was such a nice change to have some fresh air and peace and quiet on the Vegas strip, with all the craziness still within walking distance.
This will certainly be our new first choice when staying in Las Vegas!

A greast place, walking distance from the Strip. Owned by a family, nice interior with feng shui element. An egg breakfast place next to the motel.

Great check-in! The lady who assisted me was awesome. Walked me to my room to make sure the door opened properly. This property is very conveniently located across from Mandalay Bay. The area around the hotel is a little suspect, but had no problems and was quiet. The hotel is old, but newly done. Rooms are small, but very clean. Can’t beat the price, especially with everything being so expensive now in Vegas.

Nice place for the age. Clean room with pretty comfortable bed. The area around is a little run down but I didn’t feel unsafe. I’d stay again for the money.

The hotel itself was ok but they did not mention needing to pay $75 just for the cat for one night. That should have been something I could chose when booking

Very clean little place. Very friendly owner. Not worth the money, but yeah, I suppose everything was more expensive because of conventions going on.

Great location and awesome price. It was at a walkable distance to the Allegiant Stadium and we didn't have to pay for parking. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Will be staying there again.

The room is nice and clean. It’s a quiet property away from the casino hotels. We were super happy with Nirvana.

You can tell the owner is trying their best to make this a nice place to stay, but the reviews are misleading. The place is pretty clean and had some decent touches. It’s more of a one-night stay kind of place and definitely wouldn’t do longer than a weekend. The signs say no smoking on the property but our room wreaked of smoke. Beds were not comfortable. The front desk person also messaged us another guests room information. They should probably have a different system in place to ensure that doesn’t happen for obvious safety reasons. Made us feel super uncomfortable being females.

Fantastic little place. Room very comfortable. Would def reccomend for those wanting an alternative to the big hotels.

Clean , with comfortable bed. We loved the fountain area in the back where we had our coffees in the morning and listened to the birds in the beautiful trees. A little oasis. The owner was there most of the day, and he and his staff were so nice. Great price without the fast pace of the bigger hotels. Right across the street for Mandolay Bay.

It was a great experience very clean hotel with very nice staff. They also have security watching over the rooms which is nice. It was very easy to check in, communication with the concierge was so easy with a simple text which they answered right away I was very impressed it was a great stay will definitely look forward to staying again and will recommend to my friends and family for the experience and affordability.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. I love that we were on the strip without being “on the strip”. It was nice and quiet, the beds were soft and we immediately fell asleep. It’s a quick 2 minute walk to the Deuce bus so you can truly get anywhere you want on Vegas Blvd! The staff were so friendly and wonderful. We were running late after a show and they were kind enough to take our bags to the room so they didn’t get locked at the check our area. Check in and check out were extremely smooth. The owners are a FANTASTIC couple with so much knowledge of the area. I will stay here from now on rather than at the crowded hotels! Thank you for an incredible experience, the warm greetings, and the beautiful property you shared with us. We can’t wait to come back!

Sorry about my bad experience :-( i have booked the Motel because of Jacobslifeinvegas youtube video and there was told about the basket breakfast with the sentence "he was shocked about that the breakfast basket is inclusive with the paid room price. I booked via Expedia and there was only1 option with info "Bed and Breakfast" and i thought ok it should be in and the high price for paying 100 Dollar looks also so /you can have other same classes Motels for the half of the price). After arrving i heard its not inclusive and i have to pay 20 dollar extra per person :-( This option is only on there Homepage available. Also the room the carpet is extremly dirty for a new renovated motel some month ago :( we did take a shower and moved without socks or shoes back to the Bed and had both black feets! Maybe the outside was reconstructed but the rooms looks more just oberpainted.

This was a great little place and would have worked perfectly for us. Check in was great, the front office woman was very nice and helpful and parking with our little trailer was secure and easy. The property is older but well kept and had a nice doggie and picnic-relaxing area. It's small but great for the location and price. My only problem was that the room had obviously just been cleaned with a very liberal dose of some kind of lysol product. I have to admit I have a pre-existing hate relationship with the smell of lysol. The smell was sooooo bad some clearly stuck to me and I smelled it off and on all day the next day in the car. There was a sticky residue left on the bathroom floor from a poor ratio of water to lysol I'm guessing. More is not better!!! To top it off I wear a cpap so I had that stinky yuk air forced up my nose all night long. Probably why I could smell it all day. Worse I think the smell is stuck in there. That can't be good. Ugh. Please stop with the lysol!!

This is a budget accommodation offering in a very expensive place and clearly is well used by many. We were out in an upper floor which was not great having to lug our suitcases upstairs. The rooms are clean yet basic. In the UK this would be two stars at best. There were no bedside lamps for example which was awful for me as I read a lot. The air conditioning was very loud which made sleep difficult. Also we thought we had breakfast as it was mentioned in the Expedia description but we didn’t. The option was to purchase from a nearby basic outlet with a ten per cent discount. The cost was $20 each. The food was not great. A few metres down the road is a McDonalds where we got breakfast for half the cost. The staff when we saw them were friendly. This just wasn’t the place for us. We had booked four nights but cancelled two to move elsewhere. We appreciate that it’s good to have options in this super expensive place but it wasn’t for us.
