Property was very far from center n not clean at all very pathetic rooms

Staff behavior is good
Location is away from main road.Street is very steep makes very difficult for car for movement.
Bathroom door handles are broken and shower taps are damaged.

The staff was very nice, the apartment was clean.
The water in the washroom was not available as required, the LCD was there but it was broken, the electrical boards were not in order, the blanket was smelly. The crockery was rough.

The room was spacious and had all the basic facilities.
The hot water supply system was not operational due to which we had to heat up water ourselves

The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious. The staff Mr yunis and jahanzaib were exceptional. Kitchen, warm water, no worries...
The road that lead to the hotel needs serious consideration.
Lack of lift in the hotel.

The hosts were very polite, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The attendant, Mr. Younas, was a real gentleman who was very friendly and always ready to help. It is a good accommodation at an affordable price.
The approach from the main road is a bit difficult and too steep, though it is only a short patch of about one hundred meters. There is a space for improvement regarding linen and utensils.

Location and the support staff was very cooperative and friendly.
Noise in the surrounding due to labour work in other buildings.
Secondly the crockery should be the better quality.

One of the most memorable trips of my life. Excellent stay, lovely hospitality, bathroom facilities were amazing, hot water and other amenities very par excellent. care takers were also superb. Mr. Younus and Mr shahzad attended me and made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The caretaker was so humble and always available whenever we needed him.

Everything was wonderful.... car parking safety and other needs were met. Hot water was available in 1 washroom , the other washroom didnot have a geyser ... huge area to move around in 2 bedrooms tv lounge and gallery with mountain view .... microwave oven, plates utensils and gas stove were available .... stay was exceptional.
The road leading to the hotel is rough and its a huge slope going down from main road.
