The leaves are changing, and the crisp mornings will entice you to sit outside with your hot morning beverage. Going out and about, don't forget a coat! You will find the mornings cool and the afternoon is warming up. Dressing in layers is a great idea. To make yourself comfortable, we suggest setting the temperature on the thermostat before you sleep to warm up the home for the morning. Waking up to heat at 72 will make your morning comfortable; however, if you head out for the day, you will want to turn the thermostat off and let the home maintain its temperature. Enjoy Halloween and all things fall. Check out the fall festivals happening almost every weekend and Scarywood! Winter You do not want to miss the quiet of snow falling and the bright, clean look of North Idaho mountains covered in gorgeous white powder. Make sure you pack accordingly! A heavy coat, gloves, scarf, and hat will make going out more comfortable. We provide a snow shovel and de-icer, so you can scrape the walkway and de-ice if you get a nightly snowfall! Our roads are well maintained, so you can feel comfortable knowing you will be able to get around easily. Downtown Coeur Association puts on quite a few events throughout the winter; they are always fun and exciting! Local businesses offer fun family-focused activities! Consider a sip and paint, escape room, brews cruise, Triple Play Indoor Amusement Park, roller skating, ice skating… your winter vacation just got planned for you! Consider a day adventure to one of our local ski hills, multiple to choose from, all within an hour's drive. Spring Do you like the rain? We have it! The spring here is when we get our precipitation, and its how we “pay” for our beautiful greenery! The mornings are chilly and warm up throughout the day. Do not let that deter you from booking a spring break getaway or weekend adventure to fun hikes, mountain wildflowers blooming and indoor fun! Here are some ways to enjoy North Idaho in the spring! Book a fishing trip, spring skiing, sip + paint, escape room, brews cruise, Triple Play Indoor Amusement Park, roller skating, bowling, shopping, etc. Summer Ready to get outside and have fun? Summer is the perfect time to enjoy the outdoors and the sun! Whether on the lake, enjoying a hike, or just sitting outside on the porch, summers in Coeur d'Alene are always beautiful. Temperatures can get hot! A few tips to help your stay be as comfortable as possible are to close up the windows and window shades during the day and in the evenings, when it cools down, open everything up, and let the cool summer breeze in. Things to note, it can get hot in the summer, and air conditioners in our homes aren't made to keep the house below 68 degrees. If you drop the temperature too low, it will cause the unit to freeze. There are so many things to do in Coeur d'Alene over the summer. You don't want to miss out! In the event of a canceled reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay a credit card processing cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the total reservation amount. This fee will be charged to the client's credit card used for the initial booking and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Cutest little vacation home with lots of sleeping options. Located on a quiet little street. The home is clean and newly remodeled. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Horrible experience I will never deal with NW Hosting again. That’s for sure

The house appeared to be new. There were 2 items of damage to note: One was a small hole in a wall where the doorknob hit the wall (use a baseboard stopper instead of a hinge stopper). The other was melted siding that appeared to have come from the grill being too close to the house (it had been moved when we arrived). Location was good; close to attractions and verry quiet.

We had a nice time exploring the area and were able to walk from the house to nearby hiking trails and the waterfront. (It’s several blocks but a nice area.). Restaurants were in walking distance, too.

The house was exactly what we needed and lived up to the description and pictures! The 7 of us slept comfortably and there was enough space for the rest of the family to drop in each day for a quick meal or snack while planning the days events. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home near McEuen Park, Downtown and Tubbs hill! The home was well furnished, and it was so nice to come back and relax for a few hours after exploring CDA!
Property management was very easy to stay in contact with via text which I appreciated! I also liked that we could park in the garage. We had our toddler stay in a pack n play in the master bedroom, and it was really nice having the bunk beds plus full bed in another room for our older 3 kids to sleep in together. Next time we visit CDA we will be looking to stay here again!
The only downside was I (dad) accumulated a wishlist of upgrades to do to our house from my wife and daughters based on what they saw in this house! 😆
