Could not find a welcome book with information about the house like remote controls, door locks, etc.

I love this house! It was a great retreat for my birthday weekend away. The bed is super comfortable, the house was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. There was plenty of space for a family vacation although it was just the two of us. The screened in porch was PERFECT with remote fans, outdoor heaters, and plenty of seating. There was plenty of hot water and dishes/linens to use. The lake/dam is very close and we enjoyed driving down the road to sip our coffee by the water in the mornings. Check in was easy.
The only thing was that the water pressure was kind of weak in the shower and I wish check out could've been a little later than 10am, but overall we love this property and would love to come back.
