The A/C only in one half of room, multiple power outages, wifi not working

Good location, quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach. Clean rooms, nice breakfast.

It was late at night (3:30 am), when we arrived. We were sleepy and all we wanted is to get to the bed. We paid the price listed in the booking and the porter took us and our luggage to the room. It was one big room with 4 beds, enough for all of us to fit it, so we thought that they gave us a big family room instead of two double rooms. We went to bed and 30 mins later a receptionist came and told us that it was a mistake and they should have given us one more room. Kids were already sleeping, so we refused to take another additional room. Next morning we asked for a refund for the second room, but the receptionist refused to make a refund, saying that it was our decision not to take it.

The location was close to many places in mersin and the staff spoke english very well. It’s very quiet at night so it’s good for resting

Breakfast was good. it was clean and nice. people were so friendly and very helpful. Location is excellent. it is among the cafes, pubs restaurants. very nice area.

I guess everone smokes there. I mentioned to have unsmoked room. and during day, l called the hotel. I reminded same point. When l reached to hotel, they told that they kept the window opened all day.. But they do not have any unsmoked room. for 4 stars hotel standards, they have to have nonsmoking rooms. But staff tried a lot. took me other rooms and gave the best room. I appricate it. But room was still smelling sigarette. :((

Beautyful clean hotel, very Centre of the City, lots OF Cafe around, big Trade centre and embankment near. Nice staff
