All equipment was newly appointed and the 2 hosts were friendly and showed a genuine desire to want to help - super friendly ❤️

It is clear that this is a newly devolved property with various outstanding items that were not quite finished. The parking facility was not clear as the postcode took you to the front of the building which is a restricted access route (I hope I don’t get a ticket). A consideration to provide coffee / tea facilities as there was hot chocolate and sugar provided - I visited Tesco at 7am to buy coffee which was nearby. The towels were clean but hard and could have benefited from a bit more finesse! There was noise early in the morning as there is loading facilities at the back of the property which woke me at 5am!

The apartment is located on the high street and a 1 minute walk to the "riverside". Overall the apartment was finished to a high standard and would be great for a couple or small family.

The communal areas were very dirty. Parking for the apartment by the bins where mice were present. Further, there is no view from the apartment.

Hello! Been there for two days . Amazing place. When I've arrived I've been warmly welcomed . The rooms and the whole flat are really clean and comfortable. Finally I've got a good sleep in a last month :) everything is close , you live in a town center , so everything you need is 5 min of walking. Really nice owners . I liked staying there a lot. Thanks :)

Good situation near to Hemel old town. Very modern with stylish, homely touches. Great shower. Host was very friendly & helped us find the parking by coming out to welcome us.

Parking was hard to find especially because we didn’t know that part of Hemel. Need clearer instructions on booking the property.
