Not too far from the airport

Room was not like in the photos. No towels, no toilet paper, no shower gel, no boiler with coffee/tea, fan not working, no glasses, dirty towels and sheets. Had to ask several times to receive these things. The guy at the reception was quite helpful though, all the rest didn’t seem to understand english/was rude. Poor hygiene, found a fly in my food. Smelly bathroom and water for shower sometimes was cold. Beware, most of the positive reviews you can find online are not authentic, please read the bad reviews to understand.

Staff was cordial and accommodative. I highly recommend this property.

Room and bathroom was very dirty, wires sticking out of the wall, TV didn’t work, no hot water in the evening, no hairdryer even at reception, had to pay extra for a heater which wasn’t much use, guest slippers were very old and worn - who would want to wear them!

1. Heat. It was very cold in Delhi that night and the room was freezing and I asked the front desk why I couldn’t put the heat on and they said that was 500 rupees more if I wanted heat, huh? Unbelievable but true. Instant coffee containers but no coffee pot. That was extra too. Walls paper thin. You could hear all kinds of noise and the staff talking all night, a sign in the rooms bathroom that said it took 15 minutes for the water to run before it would be hot; so thin the walls, the traffic (horns blowing) was like you were sitting on the street. Need I say more. Booking.com should take this nasty place off their site!
