Bedroom and Bathroom Configuration Upstairs Bedroom 1 - 1x King bed + hidden ensuite with views including bath, separate shower, toilet and Bide this room is all about the views there are no blinds in this room at all Bedroom 2 - Queen bed + ensuite with shower and toilet Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds + ensuite with shower and toilet and work desk Separate toilet Downstairs Bedroom 4 - Double Bunk and single bunk + ensuite with shower and toilet Bedroom 5 - 1x Queen bed + ensuite shower and toilet Sauna & Spa area also has a shower Good To Know Please note the tariff is based on 6 guests. If you have more than 6 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum 10 guests. All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay. All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen. 1. Exhaust fan- upstairs queen bathroom not working. 2. Master suite toilet blocked. 3. No fire wood - had to pay $74 at shop to buy wood that was supposed to be provided. 4. 4 dinner plates and dinning table that sits 8 for accommodation of 10. Inadequate number of crockery and kitchen utensils all round including no toaster! 5. Tv upstairs not there. 6. No lights beneath range hood working. 7. Black "stuff" all through linen of master bed. 8. How plumber left toilet dirty after unblocking it - that was so disgusting that I had to clean that at a holiday stay. Highly unlikely myself or my friends will ever book through Stayz and Blue Mountains Escapes again - we were totally ripped off - it cost a fortune to stay there and it was totally Inadequate.
