The home was so family friendly! Clean, beautiful, close to Poppy Beach! A great location in New Seabury - easy access to the beach, the Marketplace, Popponesset Inn as well. The house was open and comfortable for all of us! The deck was welcoming both for morning coffee and evening dinner and relaxing. There is plenty of parking and lawn space to play games and hang out. All the amenities a family could ask for on a beach escape! Paul was a fantastic host, accommodating and made sure everything was perfect! Answered all our questions and followed up to ensure we were happy! I highly recommend this location and Paul!

Despite a bummer of a week weather-wise, we had a great stay. House was very clean, great location, and well-appointed. It’s a 3 minute walk to the community center (where we did arts and crafts, bingo night, and mom took a pilates class - all during summer season only) and playground, which was great with young children. Have to drive to marketplace unless you’re up for a good walk. Beach is a bit of a walk but wagon and beach cart provided made it easy. Plenty of chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys. Property manager is extremely responsive and nice to work with. Would recommend!
