The house was great as a whole. We had a few minor issues some were handled immediately. The propane tanks were empty, we had to go buy one. The game room is not what it looks like and the games in the game room do not work right. Other then that, It worked great for us and I would rent the house again for sure.

We had a couple of problems but they were handle very quickly. Being a senior citizen I'm a little slow with technology but Mike was very patient with me and always answered my calls and texts right away. We had 4 generations of our family ranging from 76 year old down to our 15 month old great granddaughter. We have been trying for a number of years to take our girls and their children to Disney world. Now one of them is a grandmother and we are now great grandparents! We would definitely stay with Branch again.

Property needs some touch ups: Pool not cleaned properly, palm trees need trimming, oven not clean, upstairs ac performed poorly; patio, pool area, kitchen, and front entrance need a deep cleaning. The young adults did not use the pool because it had visible sand and other debris on the pool floor indicating that it had not been cleaned, disappointing! The hockey puck for the air hockey table could not be found. We enjoyed our time with family, large house with space for all!

Our volleyball team stayed here. It was a really nice place to stay that accommodated everybody. Having a bathroom in every bathroom was fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again!

The house is magnificent, beautiful, and comfortable , friendly for adults and kids with the game room on the first floor Best of all was” Branch management “ they answered 24/7 came right away made sure our stay was 100 percent, would recommend this house or any house from branch
