This is a modern 4 queen beds & 2 twin fold-out beds (3 bedrooms) 3 bath 1800 sq ft townhouse with 4 stories of living space all accessible to guests. On the first floor, we provide 2 queen beds in a massive bedroom that opens out to its private green patio. On the second floor, there is the second queen bedroom with its own bathroom. On the third floor, we provide a gourmet kitchen and a living room with a large sectional couch and 55 inch smart TV with complimentary Netflix. On the top floor, a spacious master suite opens up to a massive rooftop deck with a city view. We provide hotel quality beds, linens and towels - luxuriate in plush Simmons Beautyrest mattresses coupled with fluffy pillows and duvets that guarantee a good night of sleep. Our kitchen provides cookware and utensils, along with glassware, bowls and plates. We also provide a coffee machine with ground coffee and a Keurig with K pods, but recommend that you explore the vibrant cafe scene that Seattle is so famous for! We do not have AC but Seattle is moderately cool 90% of the year. For the occasional warm days, we do provide a fan in each bedroom. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :) * TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS * Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in inside cans if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it. * LOST & FOUND * Please check that you have all your personal belongings with you! If you accidentally left something in the house, we can ship misplaced items but we will change $50 handling fee and the shipping fee, so please make sure to not leave anything behind! :) We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion.
