The house was not clean it had a urine smell, funiture old and very nasty, towels mixed with rugs were left in the washer with a soiled smell. The beds were very cheap and hard like sleeping on springs. The TV did not work to make matters worse there was only 1 tv! We came in for a memorial no time to look for another place .The experience was not what one is use too ..The house needs a deep professional cleaning top to bottom corner to corner! This place gets a 0 we will never go back that way not even for FREE

Stay was great. Clean place is a nice neighborhood, great proximity to coffee shops and grocery stores. Sleeps 10 people if people are willing to share a queen mattress, and living room sits 8. Super easy check in process and communicative host.

We had a party of 10 for our cousin's graduation in May. We felt so welcomed by the host who provided various snacks and drinks (incld. Folgers Coffee). The host provided great, timely communication and did their best to address any matters during our stay. For example, we ran out of trash/compost bags and the host immediately restocked them that same day. Also, the bbq grill seemed to be having an issue and the host notified us that a new one had been ordered. They kindly accommodated early check-in and late check-out depending on their cleaners' schedule. They were also so kind and gracious towards us when we accidentally broke an object which they had the right to charge us for. All to say, they were amazing hosts! The place was clean, cozy, and true to the Vrbo pictures. The livingroom was too small to fit all of us, but we were able to combine it with the dining room for our group meetings. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We enjoyed an afternoon walk to Don Castro Regional Recreation Area, as well as a beautiful hike at Garin Regional Park (about 15 min. away by car). Fyi: • Parking: driveway fits 2 cars (there's also street parking) • Beds: 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds (part of bunk beds), 2 queen air mattresses • Garin Regional Park: We took the High Ridge Loop Trail which had amazing views of green hills throughout, as well as glimpses of the city and the bay at the peak. We hiked ~5 miles. Highly recommended! Beautiful scenery even in the first mile.
