Cable TV is provided in the living room with a 55" HD TV. Netflix is available in all other rooms. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. To get there, use Jefferson, which turns into PGA Blvd. Follow it all the way to Jack Nicklaus Blvd and take a right to enter the gate. Provide your name and the property address to the gate attendant. Please leave the trash on the side of the home. We have a company that picks up the trash on the side of the home. Trash pickup is on Monday mornings around 6 AM. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be great, but if not, no worries. Any guests not listed on the lease are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access. Two bicycles are also provided upon request. The golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course. The HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing. The gas for the grill and the fire pit is connected to propane tanks. Please make sure you turn both off when not in use.
