It was a very pleasant experience and stay.

The host were very friendly and helpful. They were very considerate and the accomodation was quite comfortable.

The accommodation was located in a hilly area and there was no toaster nor a microwave in the apartment which should be considered…

The location is pretty good - a small beach is in 5 minutes, lots of restaurants as well. The staff (Sedat) is a very polite person.

- There are lots of aggressive stray dogs outdoors after dusk (it's mostly about Bodrum in common, but keep it in mind). - The room wasn't cleaned and prepared in some places when I arrived to it, but the staff fixed it after my request. - There are no knives and beer openers in the room.

Это был наш первый опыт отдыха в апарт-отелях, и я рада, что он случился именно здесь! Апартаменты находятся всего в 10 минутах ходьбы от моря, в трех минутах пешком есть мини-маркет, а если чуть спуститься вниз, будет магазин BIM. WiFi был отличный, за все 12 дней отдыха не помню ни одного сбоя, а это важно, т.к. приходилось работать удаленно. В отеле есть терраса, с которой открывается панорамный вид на город и бухту. Важный момент: апартаменты находятся в тихом месте вдали от туристических улиц и шумных отелей, поэтому музыку с побережья было практически не слышно. Еще у нас был замечательный менеджер Sedat, которому можно было написать в любое время и решить какой угодно вопрос - начиная от наличия средства для мытья посуды до номера телефона муниципальной ветеринарной службы.)) Замечательный и отзывчивый парень, помогал нам во всем, что требовалось. Сама студия была чистой, можно было заказать уборку. Очень помогало наличие стиральной машины. Кстати, интересный момент: неподалеку находятся İlya Apart 1, куда можно прийти и поплавать в бассейне.) Бесплатно.) И самое главное! К нам приходили чудесные котики!) Боевая маленькая Алиса - бело-рыжая, изящная, очень умная; ее брат Мальчик - крупный, ласковый, любитель убивать шторы; и Белый - потому что белый терпеливый аксакал.) Конечно, мы их угощали - и водой, и едой. Два раза в день, как все приличные хозяева, пусть и временные.) Еще была Пестрая - шпротного окраса девочка, но появлялась не каждый день, и мы не особо ее поняли. Как я уже сказала, до этого у нас не было опыта отдыха в апарт-отелях, и эти 12 дней, проведенные в İlya Apart 2, вышли очень тихими и домашними, а котики придавали завершающий штрих к уюту.)) Отель категорически рекомендую всем, кому требуется тишина и покой.

Не пейте воду из-под крана, она полна примесей - это не недостаток данных апартов, а повсеместная особенность города. Мы покупали 5л бутылки в ближайшем маркете и кипятили чай из этой воды. В противном случае в чайнике будут плавать хлопья накипи. Про телевизор: ребята, он работает.) Но так как подключен к спутнику, не все каналы имеют хороший сигнал. А еще они перемещаются.)) В общем, если не получится включить с первого раза, зайдите в настройки - ручные настройки - поиск каналов. Некоторое время шайтан-машина будет искать. Потом найдет. Не удивляйтесь, если потребуется долго листать - многие интересные каналы начинаются после 200. И если телевизор выдает черный экран и уведомление об отсутствии сигнала, можно просто перещелкивать на следующий номер. Не сразу, но вы добьетесь успеха. Как здесь уже писали до нас, расположен отель на верхнем ярусе города, поэтому в жару не подойдет для отдыха с детьми и людям, имеющим проблемы с сердцем или сосудами - подниматься действительно бывает тяжеловато. Мы привыкли быстро, но этот вариант подойдет не всем. Тем более, если ребенок еще совсем маленький.

Bodrum old city side

The apartment has everything you need, even if you want to eat at home, wash clothes and so on. The brothers that lead the place are super kind and available and help for every need at any time. Moreover, there are nice kittens coming to visit u in the morning from the balcony

It is only 8 minutes walk from the sea, but actually up on a hill so a bit difficult to reach under the sun when you need to come back. I suggest to stay if you have a car or a small budget for taxi. One window of the flat was on other neighbours courtyard, so a bit noisy in the morning when they where so close having breakfast 😰

Lovely apartment but didn’t like the hills.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Having a separate living area was really nice. The view from our balcony was amazing.

Located in an area of very steep hills. We had to get taxis every time we went anywhere or coming back from somewhere. Carrying suitcases up and down 3 flights of stairs was a bit of a pain.

Good location, well equipped, some things should be improved

Close to the beach, and not far from city center. The apartment was well equipement, with comfortable beds. The host was responsive.

The toilet was dirty. There was an oven but no gas supply. The bulb on the balcony was exchanged after two reminders to the host. The way to the apartment is definitely not for elderly and people with walking difficulties.

Good short stay for Bodrum

It was a spacious apartment with all necessities, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful you could ask them anytime.

There was a dog barking all night so bring earplugs, It is quite a walk up hill from the centre so you should be fit or take a taxi, The washing machine pauses itself after every cycle which was very inconvenient.

Very comfortable and enjoyable.

Room was great, very spacious, well decorated, equipped, comfortable, good balcony

Location wasn't good, had to walk more than half an hour from the center, uphill making it very difficult, not for people out of shape, or children, elderly, or with locomotion issues. Internet signal was average at best.

Exceptional

We had two-bedroom apartament, it was very big, nice, with three good ACs and a separate terrace The location is quiet, there is beautiful terrace on the top of building - thats just a gem, with spectecular view over bay The Apart is super close to bodrum beach + Restaurants, bars, but the place is super quiet Swimming pool is available in ilya Apartments 1 The host was friendly & helpful (thank you, Ozan!), you can really feel you are being take care of Overall we had super nice & relaxing stay, i can recommend ilya aparts

The place is on the top of a hill, nothing to do about it, but you shoud really keep that in mind, climbing that hill in heat is a challenge Wi-Fi was sometimes week, but still acceptable

Great stay, nice hosts!

I was upgraded to a two room apartment which was nice. But the main thing that stands out for Ilya is the service. Ozan was very welcoming and helpful! He provided links for where to visit and get necessities if needed. The apartment was nice and clean and the aircon was really cold. You can cook if you want to (but don’t, the city has so much nice food).

This apartment is on a hill so if you walk, be prepared to exercise a bit. I walked back from the city centre in the afternoon and it was still okay but take note if you have a stroller. If you drive, beware of the potholes on the road.

Amazing views, clean and well kept apartments and amazing staff. Will definitely be returning

Nice location, excellent views from upper apartments. Quality furnishings and bed was so comfy. Equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The managers Tahir and Jennifer, and all other staff were so helpful, polite and welcoming making you feel like family.

NEEDS MORE HELPFUL INFORMATION

It is difficult to do a fair and balanced assessment of this property because the description and photographs do not give an entirely correct impression. However it must be said that the apartment is both good, clean and comfortable in every respect and the staff are absolutely helpful and are quick to deal with any enqiry. There is a supermarket and taxi rank just a few minutes away although it starts with is a steep slope right outside the apartment.

There is no information that suggests the location of the property is not really suitable for people who are elderly and/or have mobility problems. My partner and I are both in our 70's and it is uphill all the way from the beach so every single journey we made was by taxi into/from central Bodrum which is flat at beach level. Even when you enter the apartment you have 14 steps to the first floor and another 14 to the second floor which both lack proper handrails all the way up.In the apartment we had a TV that did not work for the entire duration despite people coming into look at it. We ran out of gas for cooking which was promptly remedied. The grill function of the oven just didnt make toast so the Owner readily agreed to provide a brand new toaster and I understand is making them available to other apartments. There was an electric kettle which we did not use because it was in need of serious descaling. There is a limited amount of crockery and cutlery which means you are constantly having to wash up despite having a full-size dishwasher! It lists a swimming pool which was empty of water and when we asked we were told we could use the one at Ilya Apart 1, five minutes' walk away but all this information was not given in the booking description. The overall problem was a lack of Welcome information on arrival; we had to ask for the wifi password, where is the nearest supermarket etc and it would have been useful to have some local information in a Welcome Pack as is normal practice in most places. Nevertheless we enjoyed our holiday and found the apartment very comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ilya Part 2in Bodrum, and I cannot express enough how amazing my experience was! From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a truly exceptional stay. First and foremost, the hotel's speedy wifi facilities made it effortless for me to stay connected throughout my entire visit. Whether I needed to catch up on work or share my adventures with friends and family, the reliable and fast internet connection exceeded my expectations. The outdoor terrace at Ilya Part 2 is an absolute gem. It provided me with the perfect spot to relax and unwind while enjoying breathtaking views. Speaking of views, the hotel's location in the 'Ne harika bir manzara' area truly lives up to its name. The panoramic sights of the Aegean Sea stretching out to Kos Island were absolutely mesmerizing. I found myself captivated by the beauty of the surroundings each and every day. The crown jewel of Ilya Part 2 was undoubtedly the outdoor swimming pool. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply bask in the sun on the comfortable loungers by the poolside, this luxurious pool became my sanctuary. The crystal-clear waters and immaculate surroundings created an ambiance of pure tranquility. Another highlight of this remarkable hotel is its proximity to Akkan Beach. A mere 600 meters away, this stunning stretch of sandy shoreline provided me with endless opportunities for relaxation and seaside enjoyment. I found myself enchanted by the sound of the waves and the warm embrace of the sun as I soaked up the coastal beauty. The staff at Ilya Part 2 deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The team went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was flawless. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness truly made me feel like a valued guest.

I wish I was closer to Bodrum , I would spend all me weekends at Ilya apart 2.

Everything at Ilya Apart was 10 . Big apartments and very clean . Close to center but also very quite . You can reach to center 4 minutes by car and 15 minutes walk. Ozan and Jane was very helpfull during our stay. Definitely recommending this place .

This place was amazing! The bathroom and all appartment was very clean. The terrace on top was just amazing!! Ozan and ilia the staff was so freindly and gave great tips and helped me book trips.. the kitchen also has everything you need..and can not recomend this place enough i extended my stay here and will be back in the summer for sure!!! 5 star rating!
