The location was convenient for our plans. The bedding and bathroom, bedrooms were clean. The host was pleasant, responded to our queries about the boiler and brought extra towels and utensils.

The kitchen was not very clean, nor well equipped. No tea towels or hand towel, cooking implements or mugs. The oven was dirty and seal hanging off. No instructions for the boiler and heating were provided. The host was pleasant but appears not to understand what guests might need or expect. It seems he is still in the process of setting up the property. Perhaps more photos and details could be provided on the website. The double bed was against a wall so one person had to climb over the other.

3 bedroomed house on the outskirts of Birmingham in a residential area, Parking was on the street opposite the house, Most the houses here have paved drive bays but no actual driveway to get to it. You have to mount the curb and drive over a grass verge to park on the drive bay, I tried doing that and the emergency brake kicked in so just left the car on the road. I saw the neighbor driving along the footpath to get to the road. Large living/dining area, beds were clean and comfortable, kitchen has all the equipment needed with lots of tea and coffee. We didn't use the oven or hob. Cupboards are a bit messy some old and some new draws a bit wonky. We were only here for 1 night and it suited us. There is a good Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant 5mins walk down the road.

The house was a bit cold and unlived in, bathroom/shower area needs some attention its getting moldy as there is no extractor fan. There is some road noise coming in. not sure if this an issue, but I live in a verry quiet street and the noise of cars passing woke me up early.
