Situated among the idyllic Vermont landscape, this sprawling-yet-cozy escape comfortably houses up to 21 people (including space for little ones) and offers spectacular views of the mountain, slopes and sunset from the Great Room and back deck. We also have a brand-new 7-person Artic Spa hot tub. Visit Stunning 2006 post-and-beam home overlooking the Mount Snow golf course (direct frontage to the 16th hole!) and Haystack ski trails beyond. The home has direct snowmobile trail access and Mount Snow Ski Resort is 4 short miles away. Inside, you are treated to gorgeous custom timber-frame construction with exposed woodwork throughout. There is a large great room with vaulted ceilings and glass out to the view where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, a wood burning fireplace, an open-concept kitchen, a spacious dining area, wood floors running throughout the main floor, a king master suite with access to the spacious rear deck, 2 additional main floor queen guest rooms and 2 full baths. Downstairs, you’ll find a large family room with a gas fireplace, tons of entertaining space and a pool table, a huge bunk room that sleeps 11 and a fourth full bath/steam room. Outside the walkout family room you will find a fire pit and a 7 person hot tub! For families with children, you’ll have access to cribs and a high chair. The home has a 2 car attached garage with plenty more parking available in the driveway. You’ll feel yourself relax the moment you step into this gorgeous space Your can contact Emilio at any time and we have support staff 24/7. * - Primary renter must be 30 and over *- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id *- Airbnb only allows up to 16 guests. There will be a $62/night/person for each guest above 12 guests up to the limit of 19. Please specify in your request if you will have more than 16 and that will be specified in the agreement and the addl fees will be charged. *- A preauthorization charge of $1000 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure. *- MRT-11212134-002 * - Primary renter must be 30 and over. *- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id

20 members of my family, aged 2-92 spent a sublime weekend in this lovely, comfortable, house at the foot of Mt. Snow together. A Covid postponed 90th birthday celebration turned into a joyful family reunion. Lawn and board games, hot tubbing under the stars, sitting around the fire put, great meals that turned into endless kitchen hangouts, a hilarious game of “sardines.” A great setting for a large group, that still enables quiet quadrants and nap/reading alone time. The kitchen is fab—we are serious cooks. Everything that you need us there. The yard is huge and private. Everything was perfect.

First off. The pictures don’t do it justice, the house is beautiful. And if you like to ski and/or golf. This house is a perfect location. You can basically order a drink from the cart girl from the backyard. Hot tub was a great addition too. Lots of places to hang and eat locally or take a summer lift to the top of the mountain. Host was fantastic and very responsive. One of my best rental experiences. Thanks again Emilio!

This property was absolutely amazing! The house was stunning! I don't believe any pictures can really do it justice. Emilio clearly cares for his properties and cares about the people who stay there. The whole process was so easy, we had an absolute blast. The view, the golf course, the yard. I could on and on. Half my group almost immediately said "we have to make this a yearly trip". AND I AGREE. Thanks again Emilio.
