Very quiet and enjoyable stay.

Book it with a new owner as current owner are selling the property and had an audacity to book real estate tour during our stay. They threaten and blame us for something clearly we didn't do and for which we have proofs as we take videos/photos during check-in/out. Kitchen area does have appliances but no pots/pans and cheap cutlery. 3 rooms (one of them in the basement) with closet space but uncomfortable mattress & loose cots (not beds) 1 bathroom with small sink, kid size toilet with bathtub and shower. Another toilet (just a bigger seat) in the basement laundry room. Basement has a projector and 3x2 seater couch. No window curtains/blinds to minimize the glare so to watch you have to wait till sunset. BBQ and split AC doesn't work. House itself is cozy, perfect for a stay and the location is nice, plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and things to do. Nice place but horribly managed.
