Lovely modern property with some awesome amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the house is! Having a conservatory as well as a good sized living room was just lovely. We were particularly impressed by the quality and size of the kitchen appliances and how the decor of the home was so vibrant. The area is peaceful at night and the bedrooms are super comfortable which allowed for some very restful sleep. We were travelling for work in the centre of Barnstaple, and it only took us 15 minutes (walking briskly!) to reach the centre. Just ideal! Really loved our stay here. Would 100% stay again.
