The location is amazing. It’s right amongst everything and everywhere you need to go. It’s super busy but very accessible to train station, convenience stores and lots of taxi around. The staff were amazing they cleaned our room twice a day while we were out and about. I wish we had more time here!

This hotel does not have the facilities and room size you would expect from a hotel that advertises itself as a 5-star hotel on Booking.com. The hotel charged us EUR 580 pr. room pr. night. Way overpriced. That said, this is a very good 4-star hotel, and if you can get a room here at a reasonable price, then yes, I would recommend it.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und daher alles tiptop.

Der check in war eine katastrophe. Der check in Mitarbeiter hat unsere Reservierung nicht gefunden, und hat ewig lange im PC herumgetippt. Wollte dann die Bestätigung v booking com sehen. Wieder ewig lange herumgetippt. Ich wurde sehr nervös weil wir eine stressige 5 Std Fahrt aus Kyoto hinter uns hatten, es draussen in strömen regnete, mit ewig viel Gepäck dabei und ich sah uns Familie mit Kind schon in der sakura high season mit 4 Koffern auf der Strasse sitzen! Unmöglich zu dieser Zeit eine andere Unterkunft zu bekommen! Es hat eine ewigkeit gedauert und der Herr lief hin und her und war selbst sehr nervös. Nachdem er dann plötzlich einen Zettel zum ausfüllen vor die Nase hielt, fragte ich verblüfft: haben sie die Reservierung gefunden??? Und er antwortete plötzlich ganz unaufgeregt: Ja! Das hätte er uns auch direkt mitteilen können, und nicht erst auf Nachfrage! Das hat mich sehr geärgert!!!! Wielange lässt er uns da stehen in dem Gewissen das wir ‚obdachlos‘ sind, und irgendwas mit der Buchung schief gegangen ist. Dann fragte er plötzlich wie alt unsere Tochter sei. Bei booking steht ausdrücklich bis 12 Jahre kann das Kind umsonst im Zimmer schlafen. Als ich antwortete 12 Jahre, strich der auf dem Zettel das Wort ‚kid‘ durch und schrieb 3x Adult hin. Und meinte sie gilt mit 12 als Erwachsen. Ich hab erst garnicht gefragt ob wir jetzt mehr zahlen müssten, weil ich schon genervt genug war!!! Aufjedenfall mussten wir beim check out NICHTS weiter fürs Kind dazuzahlen, wobei ich dann auch nicht verstehe, warum es überhaupt geändert wurde und wir uns unnötig Sorgen machten pro Person zusätzlich 600.- zahlen zu müssen. Aufjedenfall wie es der Zufall will, steht genau dieser Mitarbeiter am checkout Tag wieder vor uns, und nachdem wir um ein Taxi zum Flughafen baten, wurden wir lediglich zum Kollegen in den 3. Stock verwiesen.

Hotel super bien situe dans Shibuya. En face d'un énorme Donqui, tout est faisable à pied ( resto, centre Shibuya, shopping, parc, temple...) Nous étions en étage élevé, chambre calme avec une belle vue sur la ville. La chambre (23m2) est bien pensée avec tous les équipements nécessaire. literie confortable!

l'entree de l'hotel est pas tres visible, après 15h de vol, on a toujours envie que ce soit le plus simple possible. Mais c'est facile: Il faut juste entrer dans la petite galerie commerçante, max 5-7 mètres, il y a l'accès ascenseur pour monter à l'accueil de l'hotel.

Staff was great. They replied all questions we have and was helping us to arrange our reservations.

Booking.com quoted expensive than what hotel was offering. If I booked thru hotel website, I would be able to get better rate.

Arrogant staff that doesn't have patience for you. For the amount of money that you spent in this hotel you are better off in different areas (unless you have to be in shibuya). Floors are not throughly cleaned in the room.

The property is excellent located to the main sites of Shibuya, with a stone throw away from the main station, aswell as being located very discreetly so you also get a quiet vibe aswell

Staff were amazing, attentive & accommodating, on one occasion our room was not serviced, we called down & they did it in 15 mins, they also left a letter to apologies & also some cakes as a gesture. 😇

The hotel is new. The layout of the room is cozy and comfortable. The design of the bathroom is very practical. The shower (water pressure) is good. Beds are comfortable Location is closed to everything but train station is a bit far. The reception guy who checked me in was serviced minded, talked with his smile.

The location definitely is the thing that is worth for staying there. You cannot get better in the middle of Shibuya. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice.

First thing is that when I booked the room on booking, I booked for 2 adults and 2 children as per the booking procedure. I paid extra to have the breakfast package. When we got to the hotel, they told us that the breakfast is not included for the kids as they are considered adults. I requested explanation and reimbursement from booking.com but they said no! Next time please don't allow the reservation to put kids and pay for breakfast and then say no the kids are considered as adults! I requested specifically a room away from the elevator, and the room I get is exactly in front of the elevator, matter of fact it is the ONLY room in front of the elevator. The breakfast was ok but the service was very very slow. Forgetting orders for coffees, etc... Anyway, I think it is too priced for what it is. We stayed in Shinjuku for 4 nights just after that for the same price and excellent location and the experience was totally different and much more positive! A real 5 stars... service, Hotel Indigo is probably more a 4 stars.

马桶很智能，但灯光和窗帘还差点意思。
