Amazing Condo, just steps to the beach and the Ritz Carlton. Walk to the Turtle Club, and other restaurants. Less than 1 mile away from Mercado. Newly furnished, remodeled and immaculate. Very well-maintained and the owner / manager is always available. 100% customer focus satisfaction. Please note, construction of the Ritz-Carlton, residences nearby. Construction noise can be heard during the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM. Due to hurricane Ian, the pool is closed should be operational by December 2024. *Day passes generally available for nearby pool located at pristine country club community and premiere resort. April 1 through December 31 - 7 day minimum. January 1 through March 31 - 28 day mimimum.

Love the location. Clean, updated, convenient. Grant was super responsive and accommodating. There are several food options and groceries nearby. Some are walkable but a vehicle is your best option. We are very pleased with the Barefoot Pelican. The neighbors are kind & welcoming too!

Beautiful condo in great location. Pool and elevator still not functional from huricaine Ian which we were told might be the case.

The property was just renovated and was brand new. It was cheerful, bright, and clean and very comfortable. The coffee maker didn’t seem to work and a new one was delivered within hours. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens and extra pillows and blankets. The location was so convenient to the beach and shopping.
