BLR-84022 The house is right across the street from a great park with a wonderful play structure for kids and fencing for dogs to run and play. We do allow pets, but there is a $25 per pet, per night fee that will be added to your overall stay. For longer stays, we do discounted pet fees. Please inquire with hosts. Additional nightly pet fees will be sent out after confirmation of booking. We give our guests their privacy and never show up unannounced. If we do need to come to the house, we will message you ahead of time. We do have a landscaping company that keeps the property in order and are scheduled to come Mondays. The home sits right next to a park where guests with pets or kids have an additional recreational area. Essential stores like Safeway, New Seasons, Ace Hardware and Walgreens are very close. Steps away from a bakery and coffee shop as well as other local restaurants and shops. There are many attractions within walking distance. If you are in the mood for venturing out, Uber/Lyft are easy ways to see Vancouver and Portland. Parking is free with two spots in the driveway and free on street parking.
