La cordialidad del personal, siempre muy atentos. Las instalaciones del hotel, muy comodas, todo muy linpio y ordenado. Desayuno muy variado y abundante. La ubicación del hotel ideal, céntrico.

The breakfast, only sweets and toast. No continental breakfast, that means, no fresh fruits, no eggs, no yoghurt or musli. We bought our own breakfast

A non working elevator, a stale breakfast and bad street noise.

Breakfast was terrible - stale bread every day... Toilet kept getting blocked (Room 202), had to use bathroom in foyer. Room extremely small. Very expensive. Had to leave a day earlier. Gave them 2 months notice but Management still didn't give me a refund. What a joke.

Breakfast. Location, right in the middle of town.

Excellent location right on main street. Could not be better. A plethora of bars and restaurants abound. Designated smoking area. Strong Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Clean and well decorated rooms. Perfect heating. Minibar, t.v. and safe provided. Also there's a nice, spotlesssly clean bathroom with great shower and abundance of huge/comfie towels. Relatively good value for money considering its location and the fact it's Ushuaia.

Terrible selection at breakfast. I've noticed other reviews have mentioned this several times over the years. They clearly aren't taking any of it on board. 10am check out is far too early for me personally, especially considering breakfast finishes at 10am - and they call your room constantly after 10am to make sure you leave. I've been to 133 countries and 12pm is the normal check-out time, sometimes 11am. This is a hotel not a hostel, after-all! These 2 things let down an otherwise lovely place. It could easily have been a "10 score" review so if bad breakfast and early checkouts aren't an issue for you, then I would certainly recommend Hotel de los Andes.
