The rooms were ok and well designed.

In the first room we checked in, the wall-mounted WC detached off the wall and fell on the floor. That was disgusting. The staff was seen only at the time of check-in, and thereafter whenever we needed anything there was nobody available. For everything we had to call the Manager, who would then call the staff and then we would get service after waiting for some time. Even at the time of check-out, there was no hotel staff available, we just left the key on a desk near the elevators.

Noone to attend us. We waited cor 15 minutes without any clue and then left due to no response

I chose location in Gurugram for a specific purpose - a concert in Airia Mall, which is literally across the road, so for me it was super convenient. If you are more interested in Delhi, keep in mind, it might take about 40 minutes to get to Delhi. . Just a tip - you can buy your towels and any other stuff in the Mall across the street. The Mall is modern and nice, with a grocery store on a ground level and a food court on top floors.

It was difficult to find, even though reception send me what's app message with location. Local security had no idea where the apartments are. The room floor was a bit dusty. The mattress is SUPER rough, literally a stone covered with bedsheets. For me it was fine, but just keep this in mind, if you like soft sleeping. Paying by card might be an issue, get ready to pay cash.
