My spouse and my daughter and I stayed for a three night weekend. Place was very accommodating as my adult daughter decided last minute to come with us on our trip. Had no problem contacting the property manager to make this last minute accommodation. Everything was very comfortable and cozy and we still all had our own space when we needed it. Definitely recommend. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Truly a brilliantly lovely place; a nice neighborhood, and peaceful stay. They provide coffee and teas, and even saw a variety of oatmeals. While going out I did notice a 24 hour laundromat right next to a 7/11 convenience store just a little up the way from the property if you need a quick washing or if you’re feeling peckish. I would highly recommend the stay here

House was on an adorable street. We felt very safe. Everything was clean and perfect in the apartment but there was no central air. That’s the only thing that should’ve been added to listing. Owner put in an air conditioner in the extra bedroom for us (there was already one in main bedroom) but it was still pretty warm in den and kitchen and bathroom.

Anthony was perfectly communicative leading up to our stay, even helping me rearrange our travel dates. When it was time to check in, we had still not received check-in instructions and could not get in touch. His phone number listed here is out of service and emails and app messages were unanswered. I truly thought I had been scammed until we decided to drive to the home and knock. Luckily someone answered and gave us instructions. However, had we arrived late at night or to an empty house we wouldn't have been able to get in. Anthony was apologetic but an accurate phone number and /or backup contact person would be appreciated in the future. Overall PROS: Clean, cozy, private, quiet, spacious. Plenty of towels Outdoor seating Private parking Overall CONS: - Hot! The only A/C unit is in the main bedroom, so the rest of house house (including the room when our toddler slept) was 80° or warmer. Just uncomfortable! - Some "standard" amenities not included like a hair dryer, water in the fridge, etc. All in all, we'd still stay here again in the future!

good location, safe and quiet not too far from Families whom I had not seen for 3 years. Manager very polite and the house clean & well kept. Told the Manager that if ever I had to come to NY, I would certainly stay there. Thank you very much.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Anthony's apartment. The beds were clean and comfortable. The apartment is actually more charming than the pictures show. Recommended.
