Beautifully decorated, bathroom and clean bed.

There a lot of things that SERIOUSLY IMPORTANTLY needs to be addressed. 1. There are only 2 beds that can fit only 4 adults. However, we have booked for 6 adults. Unfortunately the sofa in the living room cannot fit 2 adults as what the host saying. The sofa is too uncomfortable to be a bed and it is also need to clearly mention it is not a sofa bed. The size of the sofa can only fit 1 adult and maybe 1 small kid. The host mentioned that we can use a sleeping bag (it does have weird smell and we think it is not hygienic at all) to sleep in. This is really improper for a stay. In a nut shell, the advertisement for the booking very misleading and causing a problem for my family to stay to have a good night rest. 2. Too many flights of stairs. The pictures advertised does not include pictures of many stairs in the apartment. This is not enough to reflect how difficult it is for elderly people to climb up and down the stairs. 3. Bulbs in the first bathroom all cannot be turned on except for only one bulb. A lot of bulbs in other rooms also not working . 4. Only 3 bath towels provided but we have booked for 6 people. This is really bad. 5. The wifi was not turned on and we have to configure the wifi and turn it on ourself. 6. ALL wardrobe is filled with bed sheet mattress pillow cases hanging. This may be from previous renters 7. The one bedroom there isn’t even a heater in the room. This is really bad especially during cold months 8. The drain in shower and sink can easily get clogged from our first shower. We only stayed for one night. Water pressure on the top floor bathroom is not good. No water coming out from the shower when someone is using the shower on below floor. I am speaking truthfully from my experience and host needs to do better at managing the apartment. It is a shame that the house is beautifully decorated but needing a change to make a better pleasant stay for customers.

Some of the rooms (kitchen and sitting room) were not cleaned. It was very hot and couldn't open the windows because of the loud train noise. It felt as if we were imposing on someone elses home

Host was the loveliest and most accommodating host i’ve ever come across. We where nervous to book without reviews but we couldn’t have been more surprised to have a full cute three story apartment to ourselves. it had a fully furnished kitchen with a large fridge, a stove, oven and microwave. The lounge was super comfortable with someone sleeping on the whole time. the two beds where also very comfortable with the upstairs bathroom having a cool view being able to see wembley stadium. Had a tv which connected to netflix as well which was nice. The shower pressure was nice and there was a bath as well which was also good. The host is super accommodating with letting people check in early if necessary or keep bags at the accomodation if cleaning was occurring. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place with a half an hour walk to wembley stadium and easy access to food and the metro being a 5 minute walk away. would 110% stay again!
