We absolutely loved this property, the room is nicely appointed and comfortable. All the amenities that are needed to cook and clean are provided. Best sofa sleeper my kids have slept in. A warm greeting from the owners to let you know about the locks and other things. A welcome guide with information and instructions. Beautiful property with privacy. We loved that there was a smart TV we could log into so that we could watch our favorite shows rather than just cable TV. Another warm farewell from the owners. We will be back again!

No AC, it mentions in their welcome book that they do not have ac because of the natural coolness of Island Park in the evenings, but my husband likes the noise from the AC so he was not too pleased that there was not one. The rest of us however did not mind at all.

The old west theme is such a cute idea for houses/cabins. The Saloon was brand new and immaculate! The hosts were so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!
