Location is good, its a 2 minute walk to main street.
You can watch fireworks every night from roof top.
There is a wash machine /Dryer at the roof top.
Breakfast if your order the night before
Scooter hire, they organise for you, tell them to fill it up and pay 50k extra, next petrol station is a bit away.
Swimming there at the beach, the water is so salty, you can just drift, perfect.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, blisko do atrakcji które znajdują się na południowej części wyspy. Hotel posiada wspólną przestrzeń a pokoje są duże i schludne. My mieszkaliśmy na 5 pietrze gdzie widok był bardzo dużym plusem jednakże słychać wiejący wiatr który odbija się od budynków. Była również dostępna darmowa pralka. Ogólnie bardzo polecam! Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Na miejscu było można zakupić lokalne wycieczki.
Głośno w nocy od wiatru, ale da się wyspać ;)

We had a wonderful stay at Labe, the family run hotel is conveniently located near the cable cars. The staff were very friendly and welcome us. They offered us a free tour on their tuk tuk, and scooter rides to get medical help. Thank you Linh, husband and mother for the pleasant experience. Rooms were modern and comfortable.
One of the room's sinks was blocked but the staff managed to fix it after we raised the problem.
Breakfast was packet instant pho.

Hotel bem arrumado, localização tranquila, sem barulho e com tudo perto. Quarto excelente com vista pro mar. Banho excelente, não faltou produtos de higiene. Cama e lençol limpos. Tudo perfeito a não ser o último dia fui comido por bedbugs.

The location, the view and everything was really nice. Loved the stay and would definitely recommend to book it. The hostess Ling was really gracious and Super active in guiding us to plan our day.

Linh and her husband are incredible hosts—extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are impeccably clean with super comfortable beds. They've thoughtfully provided everything from hair dryers to toiletries, and the towels smell amazing. A pleasure to stay!

The location of the property is excellent. It is very near the harbour and khem beach. The whole sunset town was extraordinary, it felt just like a fairytale. The staff was wonderful, the owner of the hotel was really sweet, helped us in every way possible. She was so friendly and her husband was also the owner was extremely helpful. The room had a beautiful view, the bed sheets were clean and the towels smelled so good. Trust me when I say this, some of the five star hotels dont have this kinda sweet smelling towels. Our stay had breakfast, their cooking was really good. We stayed for 4 nights, each day the breakfast meal was different and tasty. Will recommend this place for any individual or couple who want to have a comfortable holiday in phu quoc.

Location of the hotel and view near hotel is amazing. After 8pm it feels like - you own the entire Street - all buildings and streets will have lights turned on. So you can roam entire streets alone. They even offer you a good cart ride around
Transparent bathrooms are the only thing that felt awkward to me

The owner was very friendly and kind. She did everything she could to ensure that we had a pleasant stay and lovely experience.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was a corner, with great views all around. Really comfy bed, good strong and hot shower. Restaurant bbq is fantastic, more than we could finish! The coffee drinks they get from a nearby place are delicious, and the breakfast was quite good as well. The staff members at the hotel were very polite and helpful. We rented the golf cart car to drive around the area, and used their motor scooter to go out and find an ATM.
An extra special “THANK YOU” goes to Linh, she basically runs the hotel with her husband. Linh went above and beyond my expectations in providing excellent service for us. She is very knowledgeable about the area and is always willing to help, with a warm smile. Her command of English is perfect. Such a sweet lady, thanks for everything, Linh!
The blanket for the bed wasn’t arranged. Not a big deal.
Also, there were other guests who arrived and sang karaoke until 11 pm. I had to ask them to please stop, as it was late. To their credit, they immediately shut everything down.

the hotel owner was very nice and polite. she also made sure we were welcomed. it was very pretty. she was very knowledgeable about the different tourist area. There’s also a golf cart that you can rent to take you to the kem beach and around the small Italy town. Overall the experience was great!
The car service offered by the hotel was not delightful. it was very misleading.
