Bedroom 1: 1x Queen bed (Sleeps 2) - Upstairs Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed (Sleeps 2) - Ground Bedroom 3: 2x Single Bed (Sleeps 2) - Ground Retreat to your oasis in one of the stunning bedrooms, each complete with built-in robes to offer ample storage space for all your belongings. Enjoy the convenience of having your wardrobe easily accessible, ensuring a clutter-free and relaxing environment during your stay. All the linen and towels are provided for you. Lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged. NEIGHBOURHOOD The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. GETTING AROUND There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions. ADDITIONAL RULES Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
