It's a basement apartment on a quiet street. The brick house was built in the 1940's and both floors share a common central air conditioning system. If you're less that 6-foot tall you'll be comfortable. Kitchen is new. The refrigerator is just 1 year old. This apartment has it's own washer and dryer. Pets are not allowed in the basement.
