The space The home features two bedrooms with queen size beds and 1/2 story bedroom with a twin XL and twin bed. It has one and a 3/4 bathrooms. The full bathroom is on the 1st floor situated between the queen bedrooms and has tub/shower combo. The 3/4 bathroom in the basement has a shower, toilet, and sink (see photos). The home has a front porch with a table and chairs to relax in the mornings or evenings. It has a large backyard with a covered porch, but currently under repair (be careful when using the yard). The kitchen includes full size appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher). It is conveniently stocked with a Keurig, toaster, cooking and bakeware, dishes, and cutlery. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. The home has a driveway that can accommodate two cars and also has free on street parking. Guest access Access to entire home and property. However, all aspects of the property, house, and contents are use at your own risk. Be especially careful in the backyard as there are holes that are scheduled for repair.
