Ants all over the floor , insects that looked like termites were present. Sawdust was falling from the door leading to the kitchen with ants all around. The fridge was dirty bedding was disgusting mattress stained and blood stained. Dirty carpet sofa was not clean etc chewing stuck to floor as entered. The property was not fit to live in, it was a disgrace. I refused to accept it and had to move to a hotel at greater expense, the landlord refunded my money after numerous calls or messages but wouldn’t entertain paying my extra costs. More concerning was fact same complaint was made nine days earlier by another person, sadly I missed the review before booking. Clearly the property was again advertised without cleaning.

upon checkin the property had not been cleaned, it was filty. We refused to stay and was moved to an alternative property. will never book here again
