There is also a large yard with plenty of room to relax, play and entertain. The first floor, has central heat and AC, includes a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with island seating for four and a beverage station for all your entertaining needs. The formal dining room seats 12, and the relaxing living area features a cozy fireplace with plenty of comfortable seating. Off the main living space, there are two bedrooms, a full bath with a stand-up shower, and an en suite full bath. Bedroom one has a king-sized bed with an en suite featuring a large walk-in shower. Bedroom two has two twin-sized beds and a crib. Upstairs you enter the spacious loft where you can work, play, lounge, or sleep on the LoveSac sofa that converts to a queen-sized bed. There is a large full bathroom upstairs with a tub, shower combo, and double vanity. Bedroom three has two queen-sized beds, while bedroom four has two twin-sized beds. Downstairs the finished cellar boasts a bar area with fireplace, lounge area with 65" smart TV, arcade games including Golden Tee and NBA Jam, shuffleboard, and separate laundry facilities with half bath.
