The apartment features a beautiful, stained pine staircase with which you will enter the 2nd floor apartment. Additional features are exposed brick walls that were uncovered from their 120-year plaster cast to soaring 12' ceilings and 7' windows where you can peer onto the downtown streets, below. Other features are: NEW! We added beautiful drapery to the front windows. They are heavy, luxurious, and offer black-out and noise dampening qualities. It really cozy's up a large room!
