This newly remodeled home is nestled in the center of town, just 1 block off main street, situated on scenic highway 12 between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef National Parks, surrounded by the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. Travel in any direction for outdoor activities before relaxing on this home’s lovely porch with mountain views or kicking back on the patio with gas grill and fire pit!

Nothing beats ending an exciting day hanging out on a beautiful backyard patio, furnished with a 4-person dining set and gas grill. Have a memorable cookout at this peaceful home-away-from-home, and for dessert, roast marshmallows around the fire pit.
Inside, sleep will come easily in either of the 3 bedrooms, each offering a plush bed and flat-screen cable TV to watch a movie as you drift off to sleep.
Mornings are best started sipping a cup of coffee on the covered front porch’s rocking chairs while gazing out at the mountains. Once the whole group is up and running, prepare a hearty breakfast in the open fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and hardwood floors. Serve meals at the spacious wooden table or the 3-person eat-in bar before starting the day’s adventures.
At the end of each day, gather for movie nights in the living area featuring comfy couches and armchairs facing a flat-screen cable TV. If you get hungry while lounging, the home’s open floor plan will make it easy to hop from the couch to the kitchen whenever you want a snack!

Drive just 15 minutes to enjoy either the high alpine country of the Dixie National Forest or the colorful sandstone formations and inviting canyons of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument.
Head north from town to spend the day fishing crystalline lakes ringed by quaking aspen or hiking through meadows of wildflowers occasionally graced by pronghorn or elk in the Dixie National Forest. Or take off east to enjoy the surprising waterfalls and lush vegetation of Calf Creek.
Go west to discover colorful petrified wood or paddleboard the reservoir and admire migrating waterfowl at Escalante State Park. Journey south to explore the fanciful sandstone landscapes and sinuous canyons of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument.
At the end of your day when you are done exploring the diverse natural landscapes, walk into town to enjoy a meal at a variety of restaurants. Enjoy an Americana atmosphere and menu at the Circle D Eatery. Grab a quick Subway sandwich or enjoy a family diner experience at Boots Cafe.
Take it easy after a day of hiking to marvel at some of the nearby scenic drives. Hells Backbone winds around the labyrinthine Box-Death Hollow Wilderness Area with heart-swallowing views and cooler summertime temperatures. The Burr Trail out of the nearby town of Boulder offers swirly red and white Navajo sandstone domes followed by the impressive towering red cliffs of Long Canyon which breaks out into the vast vermillion Circle Cliffs before plunging down heart-stopping switchbacks into the Waterpocket Fold of Capitol Reef National Park.
