I absolutely love the place. It has a perfect location, super nice neighbourhood, close to everything you need. The place looks amazing, good space and a large terrace. The host Matt is super friendly & helpful:) If I had the possibility I would have stayed here the entire time of my trip.

There is nothing not to like.

Comfy room with big bathroom, useful amenities, good quality bedding/linens/towels, very clean, pretty and peaceful property, private, felt safe, beach towels/chairs/umbrella available to borrow, outdoor shower to rinse off sand before going back inside, and Matt was super helpful, friendly, and available. Easy drive to beaches, restaurants, and bars. Would stay again.

Sound travels easily through the house so we could often hear the other guests. We weren’t able to use the toaster oven because it kept tripping the power for the mini-fridge. Could use some more storage/hooks/or shelves.

The location was fantastic. 1 1/2 miles to the best surfing beach around. Rincon Beach and Town Square was within walking distance. LOVED the outdoor shower and the large wrap around upper porch with sitting area. I

The house is one of the older homes on the street. Kitchen could use a bit of updating as far as cleanliness goes but everything worked as it should.

The apt is nice and cozy. With basic utilities, great for a couple and a small family of 3. The host was kind and helpful.

This place is amazing, super well located, close to a great surf spot, Domes Beach. The owner is very nice and helpful, he let me use his guitar and drove me any time I needed a ride. He has surfboards available, nice air conditioning, and super relaxing place. I will so come back here! I highly recommend you to go, its like a paradise 🤙🏽🤙🏽
