Beautifully presented 4 bedroom house with all modern amenities, plus magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean at the end of the garden - next stop - Boston! Located in the charming village of Liscannor, with the vibrant town of Lahinch just 5 minutes drive away, with year round world class surfing and golf facilities. There is a bus stop just 5 minutes from house taking you to Lahinch, the world famous Cliffs of Moher, the charming village of Doolin, with ferry access to the Aran Islands. Your stay will include: Free parking Free Wifi Fresh linen and towels Complimentary hand soap. We do not provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) or hairdryers. 24/7 host access (Surcharge of €100/h in case of call-outs from 9pm to 7am for issues that we are not at fault - Ex. lost keys, party complaints etc) Room information: Four Bedroom House – Sleeps 8 Bedroom 1: King Room Ensuite – King Bed (first floor) Bedroom 2: King Room Ensuite – King Bed (first floor) Bedroom 3: King Room Ensuite – King Bed (first floor Bedroom 4: Double Room – Double Bed (ground floor) 4 Bathrooms: 3 Ensuite, 1 family bathroom on the first floor Heating system: Oil and solid fuel Useful information: Check in from 4pm Check-out at 10am There are late check out and check in options that can be selected while making the booking, but we reserve the right to cancel them at any time (and issue a refund) in case we have a same day arrival/departure. Cancellation/Pre-payment – Make sure you understand our policies. All children are welcome. One baby cot and one high chair available in every property. We do not provide mattress or linen for baby cots for heath and safety reasons. If your booking is made after 5pm for the same day, please call us as soon as you make the booking to arrange for key collection. Important notes for all our properties: Free internet access is available, but we are not liable for disruptions caused by service providers. Compensation cannot be given for lack of TV or internet. We do not provide firewood / logs. Children and babies are welcome, but our properties are not childproof. We do not provide safety equipment like stair gates or cupboard locks. Adult supervision is essential for child safety as children do not understand danger. Toiletries are not provided for ecological reasons. Please bring your own to reduce plastic waste. Some properties allow pets, but they must not go on furniture or in bedrooms. Pet traces must be removed from the premises. Additional cleaning charges may apply for pet stays if necessary, or excessive messiness
