On the upper level you will find the primary and secondary bedrooms, both accompanied with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a home office on this level, perfect for the work from home lifestyle. Washer and dryer are located on this floor as well. All bathrooms are updated with Waterworks fixtures. Basement level has an au-pair suite in the rear with a kitchenette, washer and dryer, den and plenty of storage. Garden in the rear has a hardscape patio with custom seating and a fire pit. There is a Capital Bikeshare at the corner of Wisconsin and O st,  5 minutes on foot from the home.  The DC Circulator bus runs (free at the moment!) every 10 mins, and can take you directly to Union Station (DC’s epicenter of the major sights.) The stop is at the corner of Wisconsin Ave NW & N St NW, and is an 8 minute stroll from the home.
