The dock area will accommodate use for up to a 25 ft boat, cleats are on the dock, guest must provide own lines and bumpers and lift is not available for use to guests. The lake area is great for floating in the water, sitting on the deck to sun and watch the sunsets, shoreline has room for use of your own kayaks or canoe.
